WHERE TO REPAIR MY WATCH?

You may have your watch serviced at a CHANEL boutique or an authorized CHANEL retailer for any type of service.

Any service or repair that has not been carried out by a CHANEL watch workshop or CHANEL-authorized watch workshop exposes your watch to the risk of serious damage that is not covered by the International Guarantee. The same applies to replacement parts that do not correspond to the criteria specified by CHANEL.

For all work carried out on your watch while under warranty, you must present your CHANEL warranty card for each specific piece.

After your watch is taken to a CHANEL boutique, it is then sent to a workshop where our expert watchmakers will evaluate your watch and provide an estimate for the required repair. This expertise is transferred to our boutique in the form of an estimate. The repair will begin as soon as you have accepted the estimate.

Once the repair has been completed, your watch is returned to the same boutique where it was originally dropped off, and a CHANEL advisor will contact you.
